Novo Place, an executive condominium (EC) situated along Bukit Batok Road, will be available for public viewing on Saturday, November 2. Along with the public preview, e-applications will be open to interested buyers during the preview weekend, with the application period ending on November 12th.
The EC, which has a total of 504 units, is a joint development by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments. It is located in Tengah’s Plantation district, within walking distance of the upcoming Tengah Park MRT Station on the future Jurong Regional Line. The station is expected to be completed by 2028.
