Capitaland Sees Strong Bookings Latest Vietnam Projects
CapitaLand Development (CLD) has received an overwhelmingly positive response for two of its projects in Vietnam.
On October 26, the company launched a preview of Orchard Hill, a 774-unit high-rise development. Located in Binh Duong New City, about 30km from Ho Chi Minh City, Orchard Hill is the second phase of Sycamore, a joint venture between CLD and United Overseas Australia. This development comprises of 3,500 freehold units, including low-, mid-, and high-rise buildings. Within a short span of time, 694 units or 90% of Orchard Hill’s units have been booked, with the one- and two-bedders being the most popular. The project is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026.

On November 9, CLD held an exclusive preview of The Senique Hanoi, a 2,150-unit high-rise residential project in East Hanoi. The company reported that 92% of the units have been booked. Developed in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development, The Senique Hanoi is set to be completed in 2027.
The strong reception for The Senique Hanoi follows the successful launch of the third and final phase of CLD’s Lumi Hanoi residential mega-development last month. During the launch on October 5, a total of 678 out of 697 units were sold, reflecting a take-up rate of 97%. The 3,950-unit Lumi Hanoi is now almost fully taken up, with a 99% occupancy rate.
